Required Consultation

At Ocean Piercing we begin every experience with a consultation with the child. This is done in the shop with the piercer and we do require it. No piercings are done on the day of the consultation unless the child is clearly excited and ready. The consultation consists of the child coming in, meeting the piercer, Joanna Ocean, discussing the piercing procedure, and picking out jewelry. This helps the child feel more comfortable with Joanna and gives them the chance to ask questions. Usually we do this at least one day before the piercing appointment so the child has time to process and feel ready and excited for their piercings.
